Nothing says Martin Luther King Day like a trip to the vets!

Can you say Anaplasmosis?!

And I bought this flash because Scott Kelby told me to. And, NO, I would not jump off a bridge if he told me to.

He gave me three choices of flashes, and I picked the cheapest!!!!!

Let's face it - why would I spend a lot for something I will get bored with in a few weeks?!

First step is to have a camera.

I bought this Nikon many years ago, and now is a good time for me to learn to use it!

Below I have posted some of the work that interests me.

Let's see what I can come up with!

2012 was a blog from Ranger's point of view. TOTAL BUST!!!!!!
2013 was a blog of my random thoughts. ANOTHER BUST!!!!!!!!
I should just give up!

But someone told me to try again. So, what to do for 2014? Well, I bought these books, so maybe it will be all about my learning photography!!

Well, I finally put this together!!!! It's only been since July!!!! And now I am too afraid to use it. There are so many warnings on it. What to do? What to do? What to do?

AND my back is really hurting now!!!!

Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family and friends.

Starbucks charges $16.95 (not including tax and shipping) for this glass.

Why would anyone pay to advertise for them? Shouldn't they pay you?

Really? For whom?

So I bought this dress from Hong Kong. It turns out it isn't a dress, but a tunic. That's fine. I knew this would be the case, because it is based on the Asian measurements, and I am 5'8".
What I didn't count on is that the label is in Chinese, so I do not know the material nor how to care for it. I can just see myself putting it in the dryer and having it become a top for an American Girl Doll!!!!!
Plus....the arms are so short!!!!!! I'll just have to convince myself that they are 3/4 sleeves and not the nice oversized sleeves as in the picture.
Pllllluuuuuussssss I over paid!!!!!! At least $20 more than I would have spent if I was in Marshall's or Macy's.
SO, why did I buy it? Well, it is very hard for me to find a top that meets my criteria: long enough to cover the butt, cotton, warm but light weight, no restricting neck, not clingy to show ALL my rolls, a solid color or a print that is not overwhelming, easy to care for - NO dry cleaning necessary (I am a wash and wear kind of girl!), enclosed (why does anyone want a sweater that does not close in the front?), long sleeves (short sleeves and a sweater just do not make sense to me), NOT see through ( I do not want anyone to see my underwear!).
So, can you believe I am having a hard time finding tops!!!!!?
